Using Top Tennis
These terms apply to the Top Tennis website and game at toptennisgame.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms under the law where you live, ask your parent or guardian to review them with you before you use the service.
Top Tennis is a free browser tennis game. You are responsible for your device, internet connection, and any charges from your internet provider.
Accounts and sign-in
Some features require an account. Use an email address or Google account that you control. Keep your email account, Google account, and sign-in codes secure. Do not share sign-in codes or use another person’s account without permission.
Give accurate information when needed to operate your account. Do not use a username that impersonates another person, contains private information about someone else, or is abusive. Contact us if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
Fair play and player conduct
Play fairly. Do not use automated play, modified clients, or exploits to obtain unfair results or manipulate rankings. Do not disrupt the service, overload its systems, bypass access controls, distribute malicious software, or interfere with other players.
Do not use the service to harass, threaten, impersonate, or break the law. You may report bugs and security concerns to the contact below. Do not access another person’s data when investigating an issue.
Saves, results, and rankings
Account tournaments need an internet connection to save progress. Browser preferences and pending saves can be lost if you clear browser data or change devices before a save reaches the service.
Tournament participation and eligible ranking results are public. Public results can include your username, rank, points, and tournament results. Do not put private contact information in your username.
Rankings and in-game awards have no cash value and do not promise a prize. We may correct results affected by errors, cheating, or abuse. Game updates can change rules, balance, and available features.
Game content and your contributions
Top Tennis and its licensors retain their rights in the game, artwork, branding, and other content. You may play the game for personal use. Separate open-source and third-party licenses continue to apply to material released under those licenses.
You retain any rights you have in content you provide. You give Top Tennis permission to store, process, and display your profile information and game results as needed to operate the service and its public rankings. Do not provide content that infringes another person’s rights.
Availability and account restrictions
We aim to keep the service available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, faults, network problems, or events outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every save or result can be recovered.
We may restrict an account or remove a username or result when reasonably needed to address a breach of these terms, protect players, or secure the service. Contact us if you think a restriction is an error. You may stop using the service at any time and contact us with an account closure request.
Privacy and other services
Our privacy information explains how the service uses account details, browser storage, public counters, and analytics. Google sign-in is optional; email-code sign-in remains available. Google and your internet provider operate under their own terms and policies.
Responsibility and your legal rights
Use the service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will meet every requirement or be free of errors.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes any mandatory consumer or privacy rights you have under applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date on this page and give additional notice when required by law. Review the terms before you continue using the service after a change.
